Product Introduction
- Product measurement method:
1. Simple grounding resistivity test on two wires
Second-line test: this method is not to use the simple measuring method of auxiliary grounding rods, using existing minimum grounding resistance of grounding as auxiliary grounding, use two simple test line connection (i.e., G (H) - P (S) interface sub, E - ES interface sub) can use metal hose, fire hydrant metal buried objects, such as commercial common ground of the power system or building lightningproof grounding pole instead of auxiliary grounding rods C (H), P (S), when measuring the attention to remove the selected metal oxide layer of auxiliary grounding body connection point.
2. Three-wire test ground resistivity
Three gauge test: short connected instrument's ES, E interface, namely three-wire test, the instrument operation is the same as four-wire test.Three-wire test cannot eliminate the influence of wire resistance on the measurement, nor can it eliminate the influence of the change of contact resistance between the instrument and the test line or between the test line and the auxiliary ground rod. The oxide layer on the surface of the ground body to be measured should be removed during the measurement.
3. Four-wire test ground resistivity
Four-wire test: Four-wire test can eliminate the influence of contact resistance (usually dirt or rust) between the ground body under test, auxiliary ground rod, test clip and the surface of instrument input interface on measurement, and can eliminate the influence of wire resistance on measurement, which is better than three-wire test.
Generally, P(S) and C(H) auxiliary grounding rods are buried deep in the ground in a straight line at an interval of 5m ~ 20m from the object under test. The grounding test wires (black, green, yellow and red) are connected to the grounding pole E, auxiliary voltage pole P(S) and auxiliary current pole C(H) from the interfaces E, ES, P(S) and C(H) of the instrument.
- Precautions for product use:
- Choose sunny and dry weather. In case of thunderstorm, stop the test and evacuate the test site.
- In the permafrost area, the test electrode is driven below the freezing line.
- Where there are underground pipes, the electrodes are arranged in the vertical direction of the pipe, and the distance between the nearest measuring electrode and the underground pipe is required to be no less than the electrode distance.
- Select multiple measuring points for stratification measurement.
