Product introduction

 

          Our company produces high potential Mg anode using high quality magnesium material production, the product conforms to ASTM97-98 standard, adopts the specific production process. The anode has excellent electrochemical performance, and the anode is consumed evenly during the cathodic protection process, so the service life is longer.

 

  • Scope of adaptation:

          In sacrificial anode cathodic protection, Mg anode can be used in soil or fresh water environments with resistivity ranging from 20 ohm/m to 100 ohm/m.

 

  • Details:

          In the actual use process, the actual measured working potential is between -1.8- 1.85V, so the protection effect on the target structure is more obvious. High potential magnesium anodes are recommended in soils with resistivity higher than 8000 ohm/m.Our company's Mg anodes are manufactured according to the international GB/T17731-2004 Magnesium based sacrificial anodes, used for anods in pipelines. (The dimensions can be produced according to the needs of users.)

Pre-packaged high potential magnesium anodes are a set of magnesium based sacrificial anodes that combine high-potential magnesium alloy anode cores, cathodic protection cables, filling materials and packaging bags. High-purity magnesium alloy anode as the core provides electrochemical protection; High-quality cables ensure stable current transmission; The specially formulated filling package material is composed of gypsum powder, bentonite and anhydrous sodium sulfate, etc., which can reduce the resistance between the anode and the soil and extend the service life of the anode.
