Product Introduction

Cathodic protection is an electrochemical technique used to prevent corrosion of metal structures, such as long-distance pipelines, in electrolyte environments, such as soil or water. The basic principle is to make the protected metal structure (pipeline) become the cathode, by applying a certain direct current to the surface of the pipeline, so that the potential of the pipeline is negatively moved to the corrosion-free zone, thus inhibiting the corrosion reaction of the metal. The intelligent test pile is an important monitoring equipment in the cathodic protection system, which is mainly used to measure the cathodic protection potential, current and other parameters of the pipeline to reflect the operating status of the cathodic protection system.

The intelligent test pile is divided into two parts: the bolt body and the protective cover. The battery-powered intelligent monitor is installed in the protective cover to realize the functions of automatic data collection, automatic circuit switching, data uploading on time, and timely alarm of anomalies.
