• Product features:

          XLPE cables have excellent electrical performance.The dielectric loss is smaller than both paper and PVC insulation, and the capacitance of XLPE cables is also smaller.Therefore, charging current and ground fault current can also be reduced in the absence of a valid star grounding system.

Easy laying is another advantage of XLPE cables.XLPE cables have a smaller bending radius, are lighter than other similar cables and have simpler terminal handling.Since XLPE cables do not contain oil, the route is not taken into account when laying XLPE cables, and there is no possibility of failure due to oil running.

          The excellent anti-aging characteristics and extreme heat resistance deformation determine that the cross linked POLYETHYLENE cable can allow large current to pass under the conditions of normal operating temperature (90℃), short time failure (130℃) and short circuit (250℃).

• Product application:

          XLPE/PVC cable is weatherproof high-density polyethylene and weatherproof POLY vinyl chloride insulation extruded from compacted copper and aluminum conductors. • Technical parameters

1. Long-term permissible operating temperature of cable conductor: hdPE insulation shall not exceed 75°C;Cross linked polyethylene Insulation shall not exceed 90°C;
2. In the case of short circuit (the duration shall not exceed 5s), the temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed: the former 150°C, the latter 250°C;
3. When the cable is laid, the ambient temperature in the camp is lower than -20°C;
4. The allowable bending radius of the cable shall not be less than the diameter of the cylinder used in the cable bending test.
