Our high silicon cast iron anodes are manufactured in strict accordance with ASTM A518 standard and GB8491-87 high Silicon Corrosion-Resistant Cast iron. High silicon cast iron anode, high chromium silicon cast iron anode and ferrosilicon alloy are the most widely used anticorrosive materials. Due to the abundant raw materials and low price, they have become the main anode materials for cathodic protection since the 1950s.

The high silicon cast iron anode has good anti-corrosion performance, because the anode surface can form stable silicon dioxide film.Whether in seawater or fresh water, it is recommended that chromium or chromium molybdate be used to prevent chlorite corrosion.

The high silicon cast iron anode is widely used for cathodic protection of surface structures, buried pipelines and cables, etc.It is a low resistance, low consumption, low energy loss anode.Our silicon anodes meet ASTM518 standard.The anode is cast by cold casting technique and has better quality and performance than that cast by sand mold.

High silicon cast iron anode has the advantages of long service life, easy installation, small grounding resistance and large discharge.
