Product Introduction
Thyristor controlled transformer rectifier is a rectifier composed of silicon controlled, trigger circuit, PI regulating circuit, main power transformer and other main components.It is a rectifier device that uses silicon controlled for voltage regulation and current stabilization, which is mainly used to convert alternating current into stable direct current,usually simply referred to as (SCR transformer rectifier). This type of power supply can achieve more accurate constant potential control.Generally applied in environments with manned presence.
The main circuit of Thyristor rectifier adopts three-phase bridge or double inverse star belt balanced reactor circuit.Thyristor components use high-power components, energy saving is significant. The main control system adopts large board and high threshold anti-interference, large-scale integrated control board. It has automatic voltage and current stability, and the stability accuracy is better than 1%. Multiphase rectifier is adopted to reduce the output voltage ripple coefficient, especially suitable for hard chrome plating process, good surface finish and uniform coating thickness.
