1. Place the silicon controlled rectifier and keep it stable. In order to ensure good ventilation of the rectifier, there should be no objects within 0.5m from the front, back, left, or right. In addition, avoid the thyristor rectifier working in an environment full of dust and corrosive gases, and keep it away from heat sources, and humid areas, with a relative humidity of 5% to 70%, and an ambient temperature of -25°C to 40°C to extend the life of the machine.

2. Check whether the casing of the silicon controlled rectifier machine is loose, whether the port is damaged during transportation, and confirm that the three-phase air switch is in the off position.

3. Find out the power input wires, connect the lead wires respectively, and insert the remote control wires firmly into the concave and convex parts of the socket and tighten them.

4. There is a “” mark on the lower left corner of the shell at the back of the chassis. Please connect it to the ground to prevent static electricity.

5. Rotate the power adjustment knob ⑤ fully counterclockwise (very small).

6. Close the air switch. At this time, the fan starts to rotate and the power indicator light ① is on. The fault light ④ will flash several times and then go out.

7. Turn the "work/standby" switch ② to the "standby" position, and then to the "work" position.

8. Turn the adjustment knob ⑤ clockwise. When the "Stabilization/Stabilization" switch is set to the "Stabilization" position, the reading of the voltmeter will increase to the required value, and the ammeter will give corresponding instructions according to the load; When the /constant current switch is placed in the "steady current" position, when there is a load, the reading of the ammeter increases to the required value, and the voltmeter makes corresponding instructions according to the size of the load. When there is no load, turn the adjusting knob clockwise, the voltage The indication is quite high, and the ammeter indicates zero.

9. When turning off the power, turn the adjusting knob counterclockwise to the end, turn the "work/standby" switch to the "standby" position, and disconnect the air switch.

10. When the machine is working normally, the casing will generate eddy current due to the influence of the high-frequency magnetic field in the machine, which will cause the casing to heat up, and there is static electricity, which is a normal phenomenon.

11. Water-cooled thyristor rectifier, connect the water source pipe to the water inlet, and connect the water outlet pipe to the water outlet. Check whether the water inlet is smooth. The water pressure switch has been adjusted when the machine leaves the factory. The water pressure cannot be lower than the adjusted water pressure when working.
