1. Good anti-theft technology

Mechanically strong transparent casing sealed with an insulating waterproof sealant that does not require digging a well or cutting a broken cable end. Stable sealing after glue filling connection, directly buried in the ground, easy and fast installation, with excellent anti-theft, waterproof and insulation performance.

2. Waterproof, insulation, strong reliability

The application of glue-filled connection solves the problem of waterproof and insulation in underground.Insulation waterproof sealant solidifies 15-30 minutes after perfusion.It is suitable for underground use in long-term water accumulation and humidity. There is no exposed point at cable connection, excellent insulation performance, and its service life is far longer than that of the cable.

3. Good accident reduction and anti-theft performance

The operation method of cable break between street lamps was changed by using glue type connection.The more cables break, the more hidden accidents, the more difficult it is to detect accidents, and often a line needs to be stopped.But the use of glue type connection, do not need to break the skin, improve the reliability of operation, to eliminate the hidden trouble to provide a strong guarantee.

• Installation instructions

1. Strip off the outer sheath of the cable by 150-200mm.
2. Misplace the wire clip to ensure that the space inside the box can be loaded (please refer to the wire clip installation instructions for installation).
3. Strip the seals according to the actual needs.
4. Peel off the double-sided adhesive tape from the sponge and wrap it around the cable in and out.
5. Put the stripped seals into both ends of the waterproof box, pay attention to the smooth position of the seals at the inlet and outlet, and embed them into both ends of the waterproof box. The opening position of the seals should be right in the middle and up.
6. Close the waterproof box and observe the sealing element. If there are obvious gaps, adjust to no gaps first, and observe whether there are other places where the installation is not in place for adjustment.When closing the lid, leave a filling opening as the next step.
7. Mix all the resins according to the instructions, and pour them into the waterproof box after 15 minutes. Too long time will lead to curing.
8. After installation, cover the filling hole and bury it into the earth or cable well. If it is buried underwater, it shall wait for the resin glue to fully solidify before putting it into the water.
