• Product description：

1. The cable conductor shall be made of bright soft copper wire with a round or fanny-shaped twisted compacting core. The surface of the conductor shall be smooth, free from oil stains, no damaged insulation burrs, sharp edges, and no raised or broken single wire.
2. The maximum rated temperature of the cable conductor during continuous operation shall be 90℃;In case of short circuit (the longest duration shall not exceed 4S), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250℃.
3. See GB12706 for the nominal insulation thickness of each section, and the average insulation thickness shall not be less than the nominal value.The minimum thickness measured at any point shall not be less than 90% of the nominal value;Eccentricity of any section :(maximum measured thickness - minimum measured thickness)/maximum measured thickness ≤15%.
4. The cable core shall be tightly filled with non- hygroscopic soft material, and the cable body shall be round in shape after the cable is made;The degree of roundness should not be more than 15%, and the outer wrapping tape should be used.
5. When the cable is armored with galvanized steel tape, the winding shall be smooth and smooth.
