1) Check the insulation between the terminal and the earth. The resistance value should be greater than 100 kilohms. Use a multimeter to measure. If it is less than this value, check whether the terminal and the outer steel pipe are grounded. If so, replace or repair.
2) The test piles should be painted and numbered regularly every year.
3) Prevent the destruction and loss of test piles, and conduct publicity and education work on the protection of national property for urban and rural residents and children along the line.
