1) Check the insulation between the terminal post and the earth. The resistance value should be greater than 100 thousand OHms and measured with a multimeter. If it is less than this value, check whether the terminal post is grounded with the coated steel pipe.
2) The test pile shall be painted and numbered regularly every year.
3) Prevent damage and loss of test piles, and publicize and educate urban and rural residents and children along the routes to protect national property.
