How Is The Current Of The Transformer Loaded

Today we take you to know how the current of the transformer is loaded.


1. Accurate load current balancing of parallel basic units is controlled by additional PWM correction. Several units with Synchronous PWM are operated in parallel, and the circulating current is eliminated by additional PWM control. Each basic unit uses electrical load isolation. Each basic unit has its own controller to provide power to the load through insulated windings.


2. PWM is an independent, asynchronous and free running signal, and each basic unit has its own separate DC link. On the grid side, each basic unit has its own sinusoidal LC filter. If the output is also electrically isolated, there is no circulating current between different DC links.


3. This is the simplest way to connect standard independent basic units with standard independent controllers in parallel. A simple design based on generator side electrical isolation is shown. Three independent 4-quadrant drives with discrete motor windings in parallel. The drive can operate in parallel with one or two drives.
