A transformer designed to provide power for various electric furnaces. Industrial electric furnace transformers can be roughly divided into three categories: resistance furnace transformer, electric arc furnace transformer and induction furnace transformer. It is composed of winding, iron core, oil tank and body.
(1) Winding: the electromagnetic wire adopts the oxygen free copper wire with high conductivity, and the winding adopts the new process of overall package with circular cylinder type, double cake type and new spiral structure, so as to make the product structure more compact, ensure the main insulation effectively, strengthen the head and tail layers and improve the insulation performance. The outer surface of the winding is wound with high-strength tightening belt, which improves the mechanical strength of the winding and greatly improves the impact resistance and short-circuit resistance of the product.

(3) Oil tank: the oil tank adopts heat dissipation oil pipe (double row and three row oil pipes adopt plug-in mode), or ladder type radiator, which increases the heat dissipation capacity under the same tank wall area; According to the user's requirements, chip radiator or corrugated oil tank, strong oil air cooling or strong oil water cooling radiator can also be installed. Surface treatment of oil tank: the transformer shell is painted with "three anti paint" (anti salt fog, anti damp heat and anti mold), which has strong adhesion with the primer, good decoration, good oil resistance, corrosion resistance, light retention and color retention of the film, and good leveling and covering power.
(4) Body: the insulation cushion blocks of the body are supported by high-strength laminated wood and laminated paperboard, so that the support area of the end of the winding reaches more than 95%, which further improves the short-circuit resistance and operation reliability of the product. The connection between the body and the box cover adopts a rigid belt buffer structure, which overcomes the phenomenon of Tianfu plate shearing machine with "hanging" and "top cover" of the body. The insulating materials are wrapped with high-strength and high-density cable paper, and the allowable pressure shall be 45MPa.
